Understanding the necessities and behaviors of new comers students
Monday August 5, 2024 11:40am - 12:25pm EDT

Understanding the needs and behaviors of newcomers, especially Hispanic students, is crucial in serving their families and the students themselves more effectively. By recognizing and respecting their cultural background, language barriers, and unique challenges, educators can create a welcoming and inclusive environment where these students can thrive academically and socially. Building strong relationships based on empathy and cultural competence will not only benefit the academic success of Hispanic students but will also contribute to a more diverse and harmonious school community as a whole.
