Important Information
  • All Staff: Choose ONE Keynote and ONE Lunch

  • Required Sessions: Attend sessions that are noted as required for your role. This will be communicated from the department or area you work with (Exceptional Children, Student Services, etc.). 

  • Filtering Sessions: You can filter sessions by clicking “Filter By Type” on the left-hand side of the page on the desktop version of Sched. “All Teachers” Sessions are for all staff. “K-2 Teachers” are targeted for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd Grade Teachers, 9-12 Teachers for High School teachers, etc. For example, a Kindergarten teacher can click “K-2 Teachers” and see all sessions that would apply to them. You can further filter by sub-type in each area, by hovering over the type: review session titles and descriptions for more specific information. The search feature in the top right is also helpful for finding sessions using keywords.

  • Networking and Collaboration Sessions: These sessions are provided for many content areas, grade levels, and specialty areas. Filter by the session type that best matches your role to see if a Networking and Collaboration/Job Alike session is offered.

Media Coordinators and school administrators are invited to join me in learning about the essential components to increase library circulation. We will explore how curated materials tailored to diverse interests can serve as the cornerstone for increased circulation. We will delve into the significance of circulation statistics by using data to make informed decisions and optimize resources.. Additionally, we emphasize the pivotal role of understanding curriculum, as aligning library offerings with educational needs and how that can increase circulation. Through this presentation, attendees will gain actionable strategies aimed at revitalizing library circulation and fostering a vibrant reading culture.
